This transferable warranty covers any roof leaks that may occur to a specific repair (unless otherwise noted)   that was done by RoofSmart LLC within the specified time frame as indicated on the contract.  Exceptions to this coverage would be damage caused by roof mounted devices such as AC units, solar panels, skylights, vents or roof traffic or replacement of tiles and mortar laps, or any other exclusions noted on the contract.  Warranty does not cover interior damage.
