We had an excellent experience with RoofSmart from beginning to end. After dealing with a complicated roof issue involving our builder, working with RoofSmart was a genuinely positive part of the process.

Evan was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain what he found and what needed to be done. His confidence and expertise immediately put us at ease. When delays with the builder meant additional storms passed through before repairs could begin, Evan even returned to reinspect the roof and confirm that the original scope of work and estimate were still appropriate.

Once we were finally able to move forward, RoofSmart scheduled the work promptly, communicated clearly, and completed the repairs as promised. The entire team was professional and easy to work with throughout.

As a veteran myself, I also appreciate the opportunity to support a veteran-owned company, especially one that operates with this level of professionalism and customer service.

Our 4 year old home had a leaky roof as evidenced by water stains in our bedroom ceiling. Roofsmart came out as promised, provided us with an affordable estimate and was able to complete the repairs in a timely manner. We even received a discount for paying with an echeck. I highly recommend this company. They provided us with before and after photos. They worked diligently for hours correcting all manner of problems found during the inspection. Roofsmart was fantastic about assessing the source of my leaky roof and then fixing it -- with no charge. Now that's customer service. The fix proved to be an easy and quick one, but Rick refused pay. Why?  Because they know that whatever roof work I may ever need again, they're most definitely going to be the ones who get the job.
